Here is an awesome weekend project idea: LONG ISLAND ICE TEA WATERMELON.

You need:
1 watermelon
Equal parts of: vodka, tequila, triple sec, light rum, gin.
2-3 days.

It is so completely do-able, I wished I had a party to go for this weekend just so that I can MAKE IT.
